Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Standard Shipping
- Carriers: DHL or FedEx
- Shipping cost: €12.95
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Available for orders over €50
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange service.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging should be preserved when possible
- The receipt or order confirmation must be included
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective:

Step-by-Step Return Process

- Item name and number (if known)
- Size/color details
- Reason for return
- Confirmation that items are in original condition

After receiving our return confirmation:
- Securely package items in original packaging
- Include receipt or order confirmation
- Attach the return label (sent via email)
3. Ship Your Package
Choose one of these return shipping options:
- Paid Return Service: Use our prepaid shipping service (costs deducted from your refund)
- Self-Arranged Shipping: Send at your own expense to:

4. Refund or Exchange
After we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Refund: Amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
- Exchange: Your new item will ship once available. For price differences, we’ll contact you
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective items.
Size Exchanges
For fastest service when exchanging sizes, we recommend:
- Return the original item as described above
- Place a new order for the desired size
This avoids waiting times and gets you your new size faster.
Defective or Faulty Items
